It is another remarkable showcase that smells ‘cheerfulness’. This year not forgetting her DNA style, Cassey continues using colours, shapes and prints, inspired by stained-glass windows of Parisian buildings. In this new series of artwork we can still feel her capability to give happiness. There are lines and positive energy, and there are feminine elements and unique personality.
“Playing with different forms of hardware like resin and metal fixtures, textures are created on the garments to give the collection more depth. Emulating the texture of fur coats, the team put together showpieces made of safety pins to rest atop some of the looks. Known also for her eccentric use of colours and prints, the designer decided to use the singularity of colour to express maximalism. With many monochrome looks this season, a variety of textures and fabrics are melded together seamlessly to stay true to the brand’s identity.”

The most impressive piece of Cassey Gan in KLFW 2019 is undoubtedly a pleasant surprising menswear, which plays with texture, singularity of colour (maximalism) and mixture of unique silhouettes.
The all black collection has also caught the limelight at the beginning of the show. It is really a great breakthrough and one of the best ways to embark the journey of Cassey Gan’s New Beginnings.
KL Fashion Week 2019 marked the 1st ever collaboration between Cassey Gan and Nocturne Watch, by presenting a series of unique band watch on the runway. Cater to inclusive aesthetic route; the watch is in simple and classic design, wonderfully contradicted by colourful straps made with exclusive prints. All you have to do is to unveil the hidden secret in the details.
Audiences enjoyed a visual feast of spring days by immersing in colourful prints.
